The Charger is a cheap damping unit (closed cartridge) with some questionable components. The cartridge seal has too much friction and the LSC ports are bigger than the HSC ports.

The shimstack has a preload of 0.2mm (0.3mm recess - 0.1mm shim) - to much in my opinion...
