On the cheaper models there is no knob, but underneath the black cap you will find the LSC
(Low speed compression) lever.
If you want the knob, you can install it like it is shown on the vid:
Even without the Knob you can adjust the Compression Damping
Main Piston Stack:
In stock trim it was a bit harsh for me.
Compression: I removed two of the 15 .1 shims.
Rebound: I removed one of the 17,8 .2 shims.
New Shim Stack:

I used a RockShox Air Valve Adapter Tool but installed the O-Ring from the Air Fill Cap
